Seasonal Round – Spring

The Seasonal Round is an important gathering where we come together to share updates and strengthen our collective work on behalf of Secwépemc children and families. This gathering includes two sessions:

Leadership Meeting
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Cache Creek Hall, Cache Creek Hall, 1270 Stage Rd, Cache Creek, BC

This session will focus on updates on Governance, Coordination Agreement with Canada and BC, our
operational and financial status, community engagement strategy, and strategic priorities for the coming
months.

Pipe Ceremony & Membership Update
Time: 12:00 PM (lunch) | 1:00 PM (ceremony and engagement)
Location: Cache Creek Hall, Cache Creek Hall, 1270 Stage Rd, Cache Creek, BC

This session starts with a Unity pipe ceremony, followed by an overview of our mandate, jurisdiction
updates, member engagement opportunities, and the onboarding process for Secwépemc communities
interested in joining. Each member community will have an information booth for direct connection
with your members
